Job Deprecation :
1 ) To receive phone calls coming in to the office from various persons and/or firms etc. and to transfer the same concerned person
2) To attend the visitors at reception area of the office.
3) To maintain and update telephone directory and visiting cards folders regularly so as to have quick access to the same when needed.
4) To prepare the documents in the computer and maintain files
5) To follow up with the suppliers of the company regarding orders placed by the company as per the guidance given by the senior official of the company.
6) To maintain record of the samples received from various suppliers.
7) To find out various suppliers of the goods to be ordered by the company and arrange meetings with them as and when asked.
8) To maintain files of the document prepared and packing list made in systematic manner so as to have quick access to the same as and when required by officials of the company.
9) To receive phone calls for the officials in his/ their absence and to inform about the same when in the office or on cell number as needed.
10) To take charge of the front office at reception area and complete housekeeping of entire office.
11) To manage and maintain record all the postage incoming and outgoing (courie& Postal).
